Lack of English-speaking staff and poor room air quality. the biggest downside was that there were very few English-speaking staff members, which made communication a bit difficult.

With exclusive amenities like a health club and fine dining restaurant, this hotel catered for all my needs. the view from the balcony overlooking the serene water lilies was breathtaking.
